Get with Nat to find out where on the profile this should be displayed.

I have the back-end changes for this checked in on the
'tseaver-last_login_time' branch of both karl and the OSI buildout.

I updated the branch to display the last login time on the main profile view,
using the 'timeago' script we pulled in for contentfeeds.

Placed, per Nat, just above "Department".
