Batching into the past on contentfeeds

(no new page load needed / desired).

I have added support for querying older items to the server side.

The main query (json_newest_feed_items) now returns a 5-tuple:
(last_gen, last_index, earliest_gen, earliest_index, feed_items).

The Javascript which calls that method has been adjusted to expect the
extra arguments, and now saves each of the four values as attributes.

Handing this back, to indicate that the back-end stuff is done.

I'm glad to work with somebody who knows the jQuery bits better
than I do to integrate this into the front-end.
