Atom feeds should show entries when blog view shows entries

We have some cases where a blog view shows a couple of entries, but then the Atom feed for that does not show any entries:

  https://karl.oxfam.org.uk/communities/cms-and-intranet-development/blog/atom.xml

It appears that our queries for those two views are out of sync.

Jason confirms that the rule is: ""Show up to the ten most recently-created items the requesting user is allowed to see."

It turns out that the regular blog view does not use a catalog query, where the atom view does. I'm wondering if some blog entries are failing to be indexed for some reason. Will investigate further along these lines.

There is something very strange going on in the catalog. The catalog doesn't appear to be internally consistent. Still trying to figure out what's happening.

Scratch that. The entry is showing up in the atom view (look at the source) but Firefox doesn't display it for some reason. Investigating that, now.

This was actually due to formatting issues in the atom feed. I have made some tweaks based on Feed Validator recommendations and am seeing all entries in the feed now, with Firefox.
