Bug Description

- Tag boxes are rounded in FF and others that support border-radius

- Not in IE

- Get rounded corners working in a jQuery UI friendly way, in IE

- Use a jQuery plugin that has some known state of playing nice with jQuery UI

- The plugin should NOT be used to round corners in non-IE

Moving to next week. This is done, but is waiting on a new strategy for getting JS into pages. Derek is working on that. When he finishes, we can review this and mark as "Fix Released".
