Better icons in folder listings

We now show stuff in folders that aren't files or folders. We need icons (and handle type sorting) for: reference manual, reference section, page, calendar event, and news item.

Bringing this back up. Derek, you and I once chatted about icons. You said you personally don't make icons, but you do have several icon libraries you use that are high-quality.

I'm re-opening this as a low priority. If you think we can give us some better looking icons for folder grid (showing the "type" of a file/folder), and the larger icon when you actually visit a file for download, then feel free to work on this.

Or, if you decide the cost/benefit isn't there, close it.
