List calendar events on listing-calendar

As shown in the attached screencast, we need a calendar listing screen with the following specs:

- Make sure the URL parameters for QUERY_STRING can land you on the correct month

- You should be able to go three months ahead in time, then click on the "Listing" link in the submenu, and see that month.

Hi Mike. Theres a fix that's needed on this. Not your fault, as it
was a placeholder waiting for this screen to land.

If you create an event and look at the monthly view for the month of
the event, you'll see the day(s) of the event are a hyperlink. They
jump to the listing view for that month, with a "jumplink" (internal
anchor) to go to the day that you clicked on.

This needs:

1) The correct base URL. It currently goes to list.html and should be
listing.html.

2) The correct query string passed in, e.g. ?year=2009&month=5

3) A #9 to jump to day 9 or whatever. That's already there, we just
need to make sure it is wired up on the other side.
