Bug Description
We don't have an implementation yet for tag delete in karl.tagging. However, we can go ahead and wire up the view that processes the ajax message, perhaps returning an error if something goes wrong for display.
We can then have that view pretend to delete the tag and send back whatever information is needed to update the UI. For example, if you and 3 other people have tagged with "tag1", the tagbox needs to update to show "tag1 (3)".

The ajax of the delete view is already wired up, it just does not call the delTag on the adapter.
