"Add tag" button after input box

Bug Description
For most people, it will be clear that you can add a tag by hitting enter. Some won't know that, so we need to make a "add tag" button to appear after the input box.
For now, we'll stay with the decision to *not* have a + (plus sign) that makes the input box visible.
