Need to Change Title of "Feeds" from Public Website

Bug Description

Since we re-branded soros.org to opensocietyfoundations.org, Communications has requested that we change the title of the "Feeds" portlet in the center column of the Office pages (see below).

They're also asking to know exactly where we pull the headlines from. Which URL is that portal hooked up to?

From Chipp:

Can we change the heading for this box to say "Headlines From Opensocietyfoundations.org" and the link below it to say "MORE HEADLINES FROM OPENSOCIETYFOUNDATIONS.ORG"

Also, I'm not sure that the content feed for that box is configured correctly. Jonathan, do you know what we're delivering?

Hi Nat. The syndication URL we are using is:

http://feeds2.feedburner.com/OpenSocietyInstituteAndSorosFoundationNetwork?format=xml

I'll look into the other points.

Chris went ahead and did this, it's in production. Didn't require a software update.
