Office Homepage Formatting Issues on UX2

In UX2 the spacing on office home pages is messed up. Specifically, the center and right had columns get bumped way down the page (see screenshot).

This error is in IE8 and IE9, safari looks good as firefox does.

I think this got fixed on cguardia-1068190-ref-manuals-layout. Please test.

This is still broke. The homepage is supposed to be three columns under UX2 there is only 2.
