Clip Art Missing from Global Support Request Page

Bug Description

The clip art is missing from the Global Support Request landing page in UX2 (https://karl.soros.org/offices/nyc/referencemanuals/information-systems/support/global-support-request/). It's important that the clip art still displays in UX2. I have attached screenshots from production, Chrome and IE.

Since this is a manually created page, there are not any CSS ids or classes I can hang on for making a general fix. I didn't want to change the style for the img tag for all site and risk breaking something else, so I added a manual style fix to all pages listed here.
