Confusing Tag Listing Description in Communities

This is an issue in production (as well as the new UX since it just mimics production). In you're in a community's tag view and click Listing you see the following description of what you're seeing: "This page shows all the tags applied across KARL, with a count of each tag." This description isn't accurate because the tag list that you're seeing is specific to the community you're in - you're NOT seeing a tag count from across KARL.

We should change the message to read: This page shows a listing of all the tags applied in this community, with a count of each tag.

Very easy fix. Even though it is unrelated to ux2, do it on the ux2 branch anyway. But fix it for both ux1 and ux2.
