Different projects can see the same checkpoints

Bug Description
I found that we can see the same checkpoints list in the dashboard.
1. Switch to admin project, a checkpoint list will show to users;
2. Then switch to demo project, the same checkpoint list will show in the web page.
In different projects, the plan list is not the same, so I think the checkpoint list should not be same either.
