Need retry when getting object failed in restoring image

Bug Description

I was testing image restore, the image size is 2000MB. And I found that the restore failed, because the object getting of one chunk throws 'read timeout' exception.

IMO, we should add retry when getting object from bank. This will help to increase the success rate.

Reason: It seems botocore has retry mechanism [1].
And I can not reproduce this bug, so abandon it now.
