Kaboo files do not open in Kabikaboo by default

Bug Description

If you open a kaboo file, it does not open in Kabikaboo but in the text editor. Also you cannot select Kabikaboo as the default application for opening these files.

kabikaboo is no longer included in any currently supported release of Ubuntu so changing the status to 'Invalid' to close.
