ka-update-metadata crashes if executed with wrong parameters

Bug Description

This wrong usage of ka-update-metadata should end aborting nice and not crashing like this:

user@host:~$ ka-update-metadata -d frameworks -r artful
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/home/santa/privado/kubuntu-devel/kubuntu-automation/ka-update-metadata", line 52, in <module>
    general_release_type_version = rt_version_map[releasetype]
KeyError: 'artful'
