Script deleteReplicationController returned error code

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create limitation for FIP, where number of the free FIP is not enough for deploying k8s App
2. Launch standard deployment of k8s Application
3. Get Error for deployment like:

IpAddressGenerationFailureClient: resources.fip-d146bedbe96d43898b8d3255d50f5081-jciejiu4xbiqx8: No more IP addresses available on network 2b207506-f982-4ae2-aac5-ca8715947014. Neutron server returns request_ids: ['req-236f644e-f6c8-4b6c-8b40-38c0b8275a32']
2016-10-11 03:28:40 — [EnvironmentError]: Unexpected stack state UPDATE_FAILED: IpAddressGenerationFailureClient: resources.fip-d146bedbe96d43898b8d3255d50f5081-jciejiu4xbiqx8: No more IP addresses available on network 2b207506-f982-4ae2-aac5-ca8715947014. Neutron server returns request_ids: ['req-14cfe2df-eab4-4d6d-bd05-6b5f348b6f78']

4. Fix limit by adding more FIP.
5. Run deploy for the same environment again:
