[DockerApp] Apllications deployed on cluster via DockerApp example are not accessible

Bug Description
Steps:
1. Upload DockerApp to murano
2. Try to deploy any docker image with any port on KubernetesPod
3. Wait for finish of deployment
4. Open logs of deployment
Expected result:
application is available via provided link
Actual result:
application is not available.
In fact, corresponding security rules are created. replication controller and service manifests have the same structure as a manifests of usual example dockerized applications. Also gateway node's haproxy is configured correctly.
