Bug Description

Steps:
1. Deploy any Docker Application with k8s/docker container in environment
2. Wait for successful deployment
3. Remove deployed component from environment
4. Add any other application to environment
5. Deploy environment again

Actual result:
Deployment successful, but old application still available, exists on environment and not listed in components of environment.

    Adds ability to delete docker applications from the host

    Application deletion were supported on DSH/Pod but not exposed
    in DockerApplication. Once it became exposed number of bugs in
    KubernetesPod and DSH became visible.
