Bug Description

At this moment, some strings are in the javascript (which should move from static to being served as template), and the IRC bot doesn't support translation either.

JFL is English at the moment, but it's main use is in the Netherlands at the moment so this is pretty important.

This bug isn't about launchpad translation, it's about marking text for translation in the source code. Some pieces of text aren't marked that way, but do need to be translated, and that's what I want to be fixed.

After it is fixed, I can generate .pot files and upload them to launchpad so we can start translate JFL.
