Bug Description

Contrail-Ansible-Deployer has trouble generating config file for vrouter agent in case where controller has two interfaces - one mgmt and one control/data

Add CONTROL_NODES to Windows config examples

So the c-a-d user knows how to deploy Windows compute nodes with
separate ctrl/data and mgmt plane of controller
