Bug Description

Currently, the build process for containers automatically pushes the images, which is not suitable for some use cases. Add an option to disable this, keep default as pushing.

Fix tagging and pushing logic

There is inconsistent behavior on --post and --registry-server flags.
This fixes it. Images with registry-server are always created and pushed
only if --post flag is present.
