Bug Description
Some NICs can calculate RSS hash by using inner packet in MPLSoGRE, if the NIC has done it, contrail vrouter can directly leverage it and unnecessary to recalculate it. This can boost performance much more, we have see big performance gain in Intel 25G NIC with MPLSoGRE DDP.
