CC: When restoring backup data from yaml, the backend automatically needs to take care of the re-ordering

Ignatious is aware of the issue. When we try to restore the mysql back-up (yaml) the contrailutil tool fails complaining that ordering of some of the data is not correct. Backend tool reading the data needs to take care of that.

comparing parent_uuid with property id to find

the parent dependency.
iterationg over all the list if refs while finding
the dependet references.
