Bug Description
Installing Contrail vrouter agent pod on an all-in-one machine with single interface prevents pulling any images from Docker hub. Docker pull just hangs.
Installing vrouter agent pod/vhost0 seems to be messing up the external network access.
Workaround: docker pull image from a different machine and load into the AIO machine.

What version do you use?
Do you use correct VROUTER_GATEWAY value?
Ideally it should work because agent container performs vhost0 initialization and network should work after that.
