Sanity: mainline sanity fails due to not parsing smlite node details for vmdk copying

With new fixes by Ritam on mainline, sanity fails due to not parsing smlite node details for vmdk/testbed.py copying after provisioinig failure below found,

## note Jan5th provisioning run for below capture of outputs,
