Contrail Networking :: 14.04 29 mitaka :: python-bitstring missing.

This package may not be required but the dependency was brought back by https://github.com/Juniper/contrail-ansible/commit/6d73b4276046481e7a3158d3acefc562ebfc6525

If it's needed please make it part of contrail networking repo provisioning fails because of this.

Closes-Bug: #1715703 - Moving python-bitstring to contrail-networking-thirdparty

This package was previously in contrail-cloud-thirdparty so was not available in networking package.
We can provision nova compute using networking package so this package is needed there too
