Bug Description

we have upgraded version of cassandra in our targets to 3.10.
Corresponding changes have to be made in mock cassandra, so that
systemless tests are run against the proper version of cassandra

mockcassandra will use cassandra version 3.10 to run sytemless
tests. Jdk 1.8 is also being downloaded as part of running the
mock cassandra because of the dependency of cassandra on it.
The data, commitlog and saved_cache folders need not be provided
by mockcassandra, so commenting those as well
