vrouter agent core is seen while doing provision on multi node contrail HA setup on mainline build 3057 ubuntu-14-04 mitaka

Core is placed in 10.204.216.49 (stack/stack@123) at /home/stack/suresh/vrouter/core.contrail-vroute.2908.nodec55.1492196829

Hari checked this and found that the vrouter-agent.conf is not populated correctly for collectors.
It should be ip-address:port but the list has port only for the last collector.
Ignatious/Harish can one of check this? As of now i have assigned the bug to Ignatious.
