[mainline-3011] CPU/Memory utilization chart for all contrail-nodes displays "No data available"

The CPU/Memory utilization chart for all contrail-nodes displays "No data available".
This is due to wrong queries being sent from UI to get the cpu/memory stats.

The following bug was raised to get cpu/memory usage from StatTable.NodeStatus. Either the fix was partial or broken.

Closes-Bug: #1642071 - Fixed the issue where the sparklines and Details charts were not getting data.
Changed the queries to fetch the data from NodeStatus tables.

Related-Bug: #1642071 - Corrected the queries to use T= instead of T and fixed the merging stats issue.
Also fixed the issue where the charts were not rendering in details pages on click of the sparkline infobox.
