Bug Description

cfgm: nodec22, nodec26, nodeg10 (HA)
control: nodec22,nodec26,nodeg10
compute: nodeg8,nodeg14,nodec15 and nodec11

Version: R3.1, 25 mitaka

When I try to create a sub-interface/edit a created sub-interface/create a sub-interface and add sub-interface configuration later, it throws the below error in UI:

Error: Ports should have valid Subinterfacevmivalue.
Sub Interface cannot be empty.

It allowed me to create a sub-interface with similar config, but editing that sub-interface does not work now.
