Bug Description

cpu/memory usage stats have been added in NodeStatus UVE as part of https://bugs.launchpad.net/juniperopenstack/r3.0/+bug/1467407

UI changes to fetch cpu/memory usage stats for all modules from NodeStatus UEV have been taken care via
https://bugs.launchpad.net/juniperopenstack/trunk/+bug/1601926

Hence all the duplicate UVEs reporting memory/cpu usage stats should be removed

Remove duplicate uve reporting for mem/cpu from individual nodes.

Still keeping the mem/cpu reporting from vrouter for derived stats.
