Bug Description

In R2.21.x builds from March 2016, we notice a continuous memory growth of the contrail-schema and of the contrail-svc-monitor processes. Core dumps will be soon attached to this bug. For the moment we only open one bug because the root cause might be related to base python and hence might be the same for both issues.

What is the rate of memory leak? Any correlation to specific config activity? E.g. after adding deleting a VN, how much is leaked? Or after adding/deleting a VM?
