Bug Description
One of the custormer wants a way of knowing when flow sampling or sandesh drops caused them to not see some flows.
We have information about sandesh drops in the Generator UVE, but we also need information about flow sampling in the vrouter UVE. For long flows, its OK if some flow samples were missed, and long as at least one sample was seen for the flow.
So, this is the proposal – when you evict a flow from the flow table, you need a way of checking whether at least one sample has been or is being sent for this flow.
If this check fails, you increment a counter. This counter can be sent periodically in the vrouter UVE
