Open stack liberty: nova-docker dependency issue

Fab install_contrail 3.0.1.0-24~liberty has failed when hypervisor is set to docker.

just hit that bug, got "nova-docker : Depends: lxc-docker but it is not installable"

stock ubuntu 14.04.2
package name contrail-install-packages_3.0.1.0-23-ubuntu-14-04liberty_all.deb
