Bug Description

The Ajax call to /api/tenants/config/get-config-list is failing while creating VN and Ports.
This URL is used to get details about route-tables, routing-instances, service-health-checks etc.
Because of this it is not possible to create VN with route-table, VMI with routing-instances, service-health-checks etc.
