[Mainline-Build 2704]: UI- after page refresh,first edit in any port and saving it, will remove SG

when we go to port page first time or refresh the port page, first edit to any port does not show SG attached to the port.
so if the edit page is saved, it will remove the SG attached to the port.

Port page Issue

Fat flow schema change is done(was expecting an empty array).
Ordering/Formatting UX of Mirroring in port is done

The port getting created was not there in the list.
because the 2nd call was not getting sent as expected.
- Fixed it.

If we refresh the port page and open the edit popup the SG was getting vanished

Fixing the error while add/edit port when no Security group is present.

We were wrongly adding default SG to the list even if the SG was not present
as part of fixing the bug 153963
Removed the wrong code.

Fixed UT Testcase
