API Server documentation missing delete_* APIs (ex : delete_virtual_network)

Bug Description

R2.20 Build 77 Ubuntu 14.04

The documentation url for API Server does not seem to list any delete_* methods.

Ex: delete_virtual_network() in PhysicalRouter
or
delete_virtual_machine_interface() in any of the classes etc.
