When SI has a floating IP assigned to it,NAT packet only matching SIP of interface

Packet egressing from service instance, may be packet originating from left network of the service instance,
for the destination IP, if native VRF and floating IP VRF have the same routes, then floating-ip would be applied to all
data traffic originating from left VN. This would be wrong behavior since floating-ip translation
be used only when packet is sent with native-ip

* In test cases where fixed_ip is passed as 0.0.0.0 use interface
primary ip
In case of floating-ip added with fixed ip as 0, use vm interface
primary ip as fixed-ip.
