Bug Description

In scaled scenarios, number of elements in agent ifmap introspect can be large. Need to support following filters,

1. Query based on sub-string of node-name
2. Query only links of specific type
3. Query only links with sub-string in name

Add filters for Agent IFMap Sandesh request

In scaled scenarios, the number of elements in Agent ifmap introspect
can be large. Added support for filters.
