Build : 5.0.294
SNAT feature doesn't work with VXLAN routing enabled in that project .
when creating a Logical router with external network and internal network associations it throws out an error .

This is API Server and UI issue.
- API Server: should not throw error when "other" logical routers have internal virtual networks. Global VXLan is used only for creating 'InternalVN' when a logical router is created without 'External Gateway' flag.
- UI: if global vxlan routing is enabled, UI is hiding SNAT functionality. This is not correct.
Lets have a discussion on this.
This is impacting both Fabric & Vrouters.
