failed to delete logical router

When delete a logical router from Contrail Command,
it fails because of authentication failure.

It fails when click the "remove" icon on the same row.

It works when select a LR and click the "remove" icon on the top (besides "create").

Notes:

While deleting a LR, the "remove" icon next to the LR listing does not work. The workaround is to use select the LR and then click the "remove" icon on the top of the page.
