Flow aging values are still showing after deleting from new UI

Steps to repro:
1. Go to Infrastructure->Cluster->Advanced Options->Vrouter.
2. Click the edit button of flow aging.
3. Add flow aging for icmp protocol, 10 as a port number, 111 is timeout value.
4. Then click save button.
5. Then again click the edit button.
6. Click the delete button of flow which we create.
7. Then save

But Flow aging values still exist after deleting.

in the request an empty array `flow_aging_timeout_list` is not being sent to the server so the last entry remains undeleted
