Add post-test validation for xmpp flap count

* Will do xmpp flap check at the end of each test case if env variable
DO_XMPP_CHECK is set to 1
* If DO_XMPP_CHECK is not defined , check is skipped
* Tests run from scripts\ folder only will now run with xmpp flap check
enabled
* get_vna_xmpp_connection_status() should return the entire dict and not
just few attributes
