[3.0-2715~kilo]Stale static-route entry with no paths seen after port-tuple deletion

1]. Single-node setup(nodeb12) running 2715.
2]. Created a v2 service chain between l-vn(10.10.10.0/24) and r-vn(20.20.20.0/24)
3]. Created a network-route table left-vn-table and added one a prefix(0/0) pointing to the service-instance-ip(10.10.10.6) as the next-hop.
4]. Attached this route table to l-vn.
5]. Was able to see this in the l-vn vrf table.
6]. Now, deleted the port-tuple from the service-instance, which caused removal of the service-instance-ip from the l-vn vrf table.
7]. After this, I observe that the static-route entry to 0/0 persists in the l-vn's vrf table with no paths.

As per naveen, this behavior is fine.
