There is an agent crash when running the test. Also, the flow setup rate is less than 10K per second with DPDK. Can you please take a look? Thanks.

With non-dpdk setup as well, with the default configuration flow setup rate of 9 - 10K per second was seen. With flow hold limit set to unlimited, this rate was seen around 30+K per second. Pkt0 interface showed packets being dropped. This issue is reported in https://bugs.launchpad.net/juniperopenstack/+bug/1549674. The same test earlier didnt result in drops on the pkt0 interface.

To check further if pkt_handler in agent is consuming the packets slower.
