SM HA : nfs server ip and nfs server path configuration missing in UI

Bug Description

During HA configuration nfs server ip and nfs server path were missing in HA configuration section .

We were able to configure via json but not from UI.

These are the following variables in cluster.json file

example:
                "nfs_glance_path": "/var/tmp/glance-images/",
                "nfs_server": "1.1.1.1",

Tags: ui
Jeba Paulaiyan (jebap)
information type: Proprietary → Public

The configuration was not missing in UI. It was under Edit Cluster -> Storage. Now moved it to Edit Cluster -> Storage and raised a review.
