In this test tempest.scenario.test_network_basic_ops.TestNetworkBasicOps.test_network_basic_ops, (https://github.com/Juniper/tempest/blob/master/tempest/scenario/test_network_basic_ops.py)

the test does a ssh to a VM using its floatingIP and does a ping test to the gateway of the FIP VN. This is failing

Another test tempest.scenario.test_network_basic_ops.TestNetworkBasicOps.test_connectivity_between_vms_on_different_networks also fails due to the same issue
