SM:R3.0.2.x.Build12:Provision does not complete with error "Cannot reassign variable redis_config_file"

SM:R3.0.2.x.Build12:Provision does not complete with error "Cannot reassign variable redis_config_file" and gets stuck with control_completed

1) Install SM JUno Build 12 ;
2) Reimage a cluster with ubuntu 14-04, reimage is succesful
3) Inititate Provision with contrail-package Juno R3.0.2.x build 12
4) provision gets stuck for collector with following

Closes-Bug: #1642017 - Additional param cherry-picked in error

The previous check-in https://review.opencontrail.org/#/c/26013/ brought in a couple of extra un-necessary parameters
The CI was not running SMlite jobs so this got merged in error.

Removing these params that are causing provision to fail.
