Bug Description

cassandra log file had grown to 600GB because contrail-logs was stuck in an infinite loop writing to said file. Raj debugged the issue and knows about it.

In addition to fixing the contrail-logs bug, default cassandra log file size constraints should be configured so that the log file doesn't grow indiscriminately.
